This place has been so welcoming to my family and I as we recently had to find a new place to take certain prescriptions! They have such kind wonderful helpful staff here.

They don't have the meds I needed. After 24-30 hours, they still hadn't called me to tell me they didn't have them. This happened with 3 different meds. I went to another pharmacy, and they had it.

I’ve been doing business with this company since 1988. Service was great until they closed down the store I normally delete with. Now that I have to deal with the north store service has gone down the toilet. Today I had the unpleasant fortune of dealing with Emma. I asked if there were any scrips to be filled yet and I could pick them up tomorrow. She left the window and didn’t come back until five minutes. The only reason she came back is because I blew the horn on my car. She came back opened the window and with an attitude said you blew the horn what do you want. I said I would like my question answered. She said with an attitude we’re filling them now. I asked couldn’t you have told me that rather than just leaving and not coming back. With her attitude she crossed her arms and glared at me. I asked for the manager and she told me HES LISTENING TO EVERYTHING YOU SAY. WITH AN ATTITUDE. I told her I WANT TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER.Mike talked to me with respect unlike Emma did. Then my passenger told Mike she is standing behind you glaring at both of us. Mike motioned for her to leave. I’ve had problems with her before but never said anything. Between my friend and I we spend between $800.00 to 1000.00 per month there. I will gladly go to a new pharmacy if they can’t teach their people how to treat customers. I’ve been in customer service for 40 years. I know how to treat customers and that’s not the way. They either need to train the staff or don’t hire people with attitudes if they can’t handle one simple question. The next time I go to pick up scripts with determine if I go back again. I really hope the owners read this and give me a reply ☹️?

Mike and the girls are knowledgeable and kind and have always went above and beyond to make sure that the medications I need are in stock and ready for me when I need them.

Absolute worst customer service I've ever received at a pharmacy. Went to pick up my prescription, they made me wait over an hour while I sat there with my 11 month old daughter. If I could of given negative stars I would of.
