The issue is that everyone of us have the same story and the furniture Leather is not leather and peels apart , I have had Vinyl in a car that has lasted 40 plus years , these chairs lasted 1 year or less , La-Z-Boy would do nothing ! (2) When confronted always is the answer customers fault out of Warranty, no remedy offered ,as some of us paid additional warranty paid at time of purchase , all of the group feels they were lied to and we all bought from past Market Brand Name recognition and Quality (3) We will seek a Nation Wide Arbitration and the remedy of all Furniture to be replaced and additional compensation to be determined by the committee for the grief and in some cases a direct loss, a Public Apology for causing this despair for capital gains on the Corporations part in the matter , with a arbitration panel of peers .”
