Called on Wednesday to see if they could fix my broken screen on my Ipad. Brought it in that day around 4:30pm & received a call @ 9-9:30am with a question about it & by 10:30am received the call that it was complete. The customer service was excellent & so was the receptionist that answered the call& help me with all my questions ?

Dropped off my mom’s scanner we bought from them for Christmas to take out some of the programming they had installed out of it. Two ladies in the front were amazing and made the process easy. Dropped it off close to 5 on a Tuesday and it was done by noon on Wednesday. Service and professionalism was perfect. Would use them over and over again.

Extremely friendly and helpful people. I took in a radio from one of our race cars and they were able to help me understand what I had as well as options to update our system. i'll be back.

My experience at Herkimer radio service was very pleasant. Had my phone screen replaced. The part was ordered and fixed within a week which I found to be suitable. The technician that I spoke with did not seem too enthusiastic. Regardless, the work was done and everything works great

5/5 stars because I can't do 10! Herkimer Radio Service is the absolute best.Our business recently ran into an issue with a broken lightening cable tip being stuck in our iPad charging point. Gave Herkimer a call and said they could fix it. In & out within 10 minutes!I received great customer service and the two ladies at the front desk were AMAZING!Herkimer Radio Service has been serving the community since 1936 and there is definitely a reason why.

I went in last Thursday to speak with somebody about maybe getting one of my son's phones repaired. It had been run over and it needed a new screen and a new chassis. At first Jason said he couldn't get a chassis and he couldn't fix it, then he said let him check one more place and then he said he could fix it. It would take a few days to get the stuff in, so no big deal. I went back in Tuesday to see if anything was happening as I was going by anyway. No, the parts hadn't came in yet so the lady said she would give Jason the phone and he would get on it as soon as the parts came in. I got the call today at 2:30 p.m. and Jason said it was done and to come pick it up. Lisa, Jason and the other lady(I can't think of her name) were all fantastic to work with. I will tell EVERYBODY about them so they can have their phones fixed by them. Friendly service and not expensive at all. If they have to order the parts, they are at the shipper's mercy and it's not their fault at the time waiting, just remember that!!

This place is absolutely AWESOME!! They were super prompt, courteous & professional, both on the phone & in person. They got me right in and Jason looked at my phone, cleaned the port & got it working again without me having to leave it or even making an actual repair! I was in & out in less than 15 min’s!! I even had him put a screen protector on my phone for $10!! Can’t beat it! The office lady, Lisa, was great also & very helpful & professional! All around it was a WONDERFUL experience & I would recommend EVERYone to utilize this place for any and all necessary service & repair! A+ service!! ☺️
