The big fat dude inside has given me nothing but constant lies and constant rudeness every time i come into the store, i came in about 1 1/2 months ago trying to buy a small motor but i was looking for a hemi and was told that they stopped making them years ago and they didn’t have any of the motors, (hemi/non-hemi) so i waited a week until they said they would be in stock and when i came back they weren’t in stock so i asked and they said another week and then the same thing happened next week but the week after they finally had some in stock so i came in and bought one and then when i get home i discovered there was dirt in the tank when i got it and it had made its way inside the motor, so i took that motor back and exchanged it and got a hemi which i had been told was discontinued for years so i took it back and he told me they only have non-hemis and then got defensive when i told him it was a hemi and then proceeded to tell me to leave and just go to another store

I rate a 3; nevertheless, due to lack of customer service. Cashier was trying to get me to spend more money on a warranty but did not bring to my attention that the battery did not come with the blower I bought. I am a female that is not tech savvy. I guess I should read the box next time. Should have known the price was too good to be true.

I'm generally a fan of this company, but I would not in good conscience recommend the Monroe store. I managed to get what I needed to that day, the 2 staff members in the store were rude, unhelpful, and acted like they were doing me a favor being there... Other locations like Brighton or Ann Arbor are absolutely great... Unfortunately I live in Monroe..

Great place for (cheap), good quality stuff, I wouldn't rely on them if I were a professional, but for the average homeowner it's a great place. I'm in process of switching most of my tools over to the 20v cordless Bauer. So far I've had no issues with any of them.
