Shipping receiving guys are cool! The mechanics there need to fix them poor guys fork lift they're driving a forklift with no brakes

They don’t have professional mechanic . I think they pay minimum wages to the machines. That why they can’t fix the problem. They charge me 1240 dollars for fixing the engine light but it showed up after I drove 11 miles. When brought the truck they said ohh there another code and it will fix next week. They don’t how how to fix they delay you so you go somewhere else .

Parts department does not follow through on orders placed to ensure received within quoted time. Not customer focused. Justin fairly rude and if we didn’t need a part would have not went to them. Would not honor warranty for part that is under warranty

This company should be very proud! The tech Mr. dan green - did a absolutely outstanding job! very professional i came in needing some work done on my truck this is my first time owning a freightliner he was very knowledgeable he went above and beyond to make sure my truck was done in a timely manner the service was absolutely fantastic the staff service was excellent! as well. freightliner you should be proud of your team they deserve recognition with out my truck i couldn't run my business so i wanna thank the team for outstanding job keep up the great work i definitely will be back and highly recommend this business!
