Just picked up my wife's car from Gerweck Nissan. The best service department in Monroe. Quick, detailed, and our car was back within 2 hours with new tires mounted and balanced. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Price guaging at its best. So 2 hours of diagnostic time cost $300 and they found it was the spark plugs and they were going to charge me another $48 for the parts and $209.62 for labor. Bringing the total cost to over $500 for spark plugs. This place had my car for two days. For me two days $608 of pay I could have had, had they not had a technician out sick. Do not go to this place. Have another place diagnosis your car. For them to present me with a bill and taking two day of work away from me is ridiculous. Don't get trapped by them. But if you do go down to the court house and file a small claims. Anything over $500 is considered small claims and can be argued out in court. I will be seeing them there.

I'm 51 yrs old and have bought/leased a lot of vehicles throughout the years. By far the best experience I've had . JC and AJ made me feel very comfortable from the start. Very genuine people. They are also very knowledgeable and get you in and out quickly. I will definitely be buying from them in the future. And of course recommending them to everyone.

AJ Gerweck was a huge help! He handled all of the paperwork very quickly and even fixed an electrical windshield wiper malfunction I had happen shortly after pulling out of the dealership in my new 2020 Ford F-150 XLT for no additional cost out of my pocket. Searching for a newer used vehicle at a fair price during these times is not easy, but AJ certainly made it seem like it was, as he was able to hunt down the best interest rate and monthly payment for my budget.
I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, they are honest and family Owned/Operated.

I felt very welcome, and treated very professional with A.J. Gerweck. I had felt it was time to leave Fords since many of my cars discontinued. I like the New Nissan Styles. I hope to do continued business with Nissan in the future. Love My New Nissan!!
