Truly abnormal interaction with older gentleman in the shop. They don't look up diagnostic codes? At an auto service center? (The same place had done it previously)
Was told they have to take the car back and it costs 160.00? No help from supervisor Dan. Some people are just weird.

We recently had a routine oil change and fluid check along with tire rotation on our Ford Fusion. We are always very pleased with the service, ease of getting an appt, and follow-up of Friendly Ford. We highly recommend using this dealership/service as your location for all your routine maintenance and other issues.

Friendly Ford has an excellent Service Department. Dave in service is wonderful. Also mark the mechanic is too notch.

Took two cars in for a simple oil change/tire rotation......
Made an appointment at 0800 to drop off a Mustang. On time, left dealership, and came back with an Edge which also had a separate appointment at 1000 for the same vehicle service. Waited at the dealership for my Mustang until 1130 in which I was told my Edge was ready. Excuse me? Why isn't my mustang done? NOBODY could answer that. The Edge service representative brought me back to the service rep for my Mustang and I was told, when asked the status of my car that I dropped off 3 hours and 30 minutes previously there were two vehicles ahead of me. He was a peach. That guy couldn't care less and the look on his face was that I was inconveniencing him sitting on his rear getting paid.
Tried to speak to someone through checkout/pickup regarding this and the lady there brought the Edge service rep back in. He was obviously agitated that he had to cover for someone else's problems and constantly told me he couldn't answer me regarding my Mustang because he wasn't involved. Then why is he responding to my issue? So he leaves because he can't give me an answer and then I try to get the service manager with no luck. I can only guess why he wouldn't leave his office to address my issue. My Edge service was comped and I left.
Unfortunately I was dumb and still had them scheduled to drive the Edge back to my home. One would think they'd get that out immediately. Waiting at home for the Edge and 30+ minutes later, nothing, I called back. After two transfers from the service department and then to "Pat" which didn't answer his phone. I drove up to the dealership again to take repossession of the Edge.
Trash service with some of worst people I've ever dealt with in the automotive industry. I didn't ask for a comp or anything else, but just an answer why this happened.
TLDR? Stay away. I've used them before, but eventually, you'll find out. I'd believe those negative reviews if I were you.

The entire team at Friendly Ford was awesome to work with in both getting a new lease and buying a car in basically one visit. They made the process stress-free and were there for us every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend them enough if you’re in the market for a vehicle.

Friendly Ford has very good vehicle service. They took care of my truck in a reasonable time and with care. John at the service desk in the garage was especially polite and very helpful through the process making sure I had a loaner car to get back and forth to work. He was also helpful with any questions I had about anything. If you want it done right the first time, that's the place.
