I've been a patron of Frenchies for over a decade. Some memories are purchasing my wife's engagement ring 10 years ago, her anniversary band recently and periodic bullion/coin shopping with my son. They always treat my family and I with excellent customer service and full transparency. Every time I tell my son we are going to Frenchies he is super excited! Highly recommended A+

I brought my watch in the other day to get the band fixed, and they did it in less than five minutes and wouldn't let me give them any money for it! I'll definitely be coming back in the future. Excellent service.

Came in trying to get some information on a rare war nickel yesterday and had a terrible experience. My father said Frenchies was the place to go to get information on this sort of thing so I swung by to hopefully get some answers and purchase some things. I was treated very disrespectfully, immediately dismissed by the staff as someone not worth their time and have never felt so awkward , uncomfortable and unwelcome. The owner Brian did not acknowledge me nor did he comment on why I was there until the end of my visit where he made a comment or two from the back of the shop and couldn't even stand up to address me. It was obvious they wanted me to leave so I did and I wont be back.

Employees were polite and professional. They knew the value of what I was selling and paid a fair price. The selling process was quick and efficient as well. I would do business here again and would recommend this business to anyone.

Excellent interaction with these people. While I ended up not making a purchase the time I got to engage with them was fabulous.I'd suggest at least a stop in to see that amazing classic in the front window-literally unforgettable!
