“Dropped off my mom’s scanner we bought from them for Christmas to take out some of the programming they had installed out of it. Two ladies in the front were amazing and made the process easy. Dropped it off close to 5 on a Tuesday and it was done by noon on Wednesday. Service and professionalism was perfect. Would use them over and over again.”

“They have never been anything but friendly and helpful. I became a regular to the point of using this location even when it's out of my way. Good deals. Hardly a wait in line. Not far from anything on the south side of Monroe. The pizzas are really good too and you can't beat the price. $5 for a large pizza made fresh while you wait just a couple minutes for it to cook and be rung up.”

“I have to say that I have never experienced a cricket employee as knowledgeable as Caleb Arnette! I was having a problem with our phones. I called cricket customer service and couldn't get it resolved. I called this Monroe location and the gentleman said "come in and I'll see if I can help you". When I explained to him our situation he understood completely why I was frustrating and was able to make the correction. I have experienced cell phone stores before where you felt like you were being held hostage to get what you needed accomplished. It definitely wasn't that way in this store. I witnessed him waiting on a customer before us and how polite and courteous and helpful he was to her also. Please don't hesitate to come into this store when you need help with your phone or you would like to purchase a new phone. Thank you again, Caleb for resolving this for us!”

“This is Tanya Smith Verizon is a good store to visit they're very helpful they are it's not busy I'm hardly ever they they're a bit pricey but they have good products they have good cell phone products they have good stuff for speakers and they're very knowledgeable and it's and and I've been with them since I've been with them for 11 years and they even help to blind as well and they even have stuff for like you know keyboards and stuff like that”
