I take both my wife’s and I car to this location and would recommend it. They seem to go out of their way to make things right, take care of the customer, and seem to care about their customers. I would recommend anyone to this location and will likely always return. Have had great service every time I’ve went.

Great place for new tires. But the last few times I went in for fast or smaller projects they are just too busy to accommodate and don't make appointments. With all the bays and mechanics on duty I think they should consider one bay for smaller jobs only and make appointments. They may be losing my business in the future. They need improvements in the retention of customers arena.

I was told my little over a year old tires with plenty of tread still on them were "unsafe" for them to work on. I was then told I would need to buy new tires from them if I wanted to get an alignment there. Nice try kid. Guess I'll go somewhere else.

Bro this place is the shyt!! I originally came for two tires cause I didn't have the time or the means to grab all four!!! But these guys were soo fast!
The awesome manager got me together with all four tires with incredible speed!!! For get the Bell Tires next door these guys beat any tire price out there too!!! Like holy shyt dude! You can't get a btr tire place in the area. It's worth the drive too if you have to make a good commute on over to em!!!!
Just gotta love the place for it's people an great work!!! I'll be back for any car need that they do for damn sure 💯 👌!!! Making sure all of my people come here no doubt!!!!!!

These guy are absolutely awesome, fast, professional and will make it work for you financially if you need help. I went in to get a flat fixed and walked out with 4 basically brand new truck tires for my Chevy Silverado, and when I told them I was in a fixed income from disability they genuinely worked with me, and in the end set a price that had me feeling bad, and wanting to come back later and pay them more when I can afford it. They declined, and just asked I tell my friends to try and send them business so that's exactly what I intend to do. Absolutely recommend this place if you need anything tire related!

Update: The store manager reached out and was very helpful to remedy this situation for me. While my service did take a while, I would recommend this store due to their wonderful customer service and kind store manager. The staff member that helped me when I returned to the store was also very kind.
I paid for my tires online and made an appointment for 4:15 PM, online when you make your appointment it clearly states that they will keep a bay open for your car at your appointment time. I arrived at 4:15 and was told that I “should be done by 5:20” They proceeded to take my car back at 5:20 and I am still waiting for them to finish at 5:53. I will not be coming back here after this experience.

By far the best place for tires in all Monroe. Probably because they have Keith out there tbh. He's really helped us out on two separate occasions. If your loyal to them they are super loyal to you and will make sure to meet your needs without trying to over sell you.

John and the crew took good care of me yesterday. Had a blowout and one of my tires got the tire ordered and put on fast and then had an issue with another tire and they took care of that one really fast. I recommend this discount tire to anybody that doesn’t want to be hassled around or ripped off great job guys five star performance.

When you start your Monday morning with a bad tire and you’re stressing to get it fixed before you have to start work, that’s seems an impossible mission. Not at Discount Tire! TJ and Keith were very professional and showed a great sense of urgency despite their busy morning …. May have saved my life too. If I would’ve driven with this tire, it probably would’ve blown out. Discount Tire is the best. Make an appointment and plan it at a time they aren’t their busiest and it’s easy as can be. Tire rotation and fixed a flat tire for me in under 30 minutes. Everyone’s professional and kind.
