We are requesting that Barb gets some sort of raise or acknowledgment for her exceptional customer service, it does not got unnoticed!”
“I loved how tidy the store was and even better how helpful everyone was! For a Monday night the staff were happy to talk to me and I felt right at home. They had a wide variety of stuff for me to grab that I have been meaning to pick up. Now that I know it's so easy to stop by I will be happy to stop here instead of trying to order things online.”

“I liked having a Walmart in Michigan when we went.... coming from Indiana everything seemed to be cheaper to lol people were nice and I didn't have to wait In line forever....only thing i didnt see was Big Red ??? is there no big red in Michigan lol”
“Customer Service is awful. If your purchase is over $100, they won't take it back without a receipt. They lost a customer that spends thousands of dollars a year at Meijer over a 110 dollar return. According to the store manager it was a "business" decision not a "customer service" decision. Apparently no one told him you don't have a business without customers.”
“I must share with you a very pleasant and positive experience at TJ.MAXX yesterday. I was checking out and the Associate was very kind and helpful. What I appreciated he folded my clothing in the bags neatly.The young noticed I was looking for some candy at checkout.The helpful Associate took the time to check on candy away from the counter and suggested 3 varieties types of candy which he recommended. I purchased the bag of candy.This young Man is an asset to the company. Good service is alive and well at the Monroe Tj Maxx.This young Man should be praised for his dedication to it's customers.
