I can not stand the new phone service. The only way to get to a person is by calling the front of the store and asking to be transferred. I am looking at changing pharmacies.

Will not return to CVS after this. Idiotic change to no longer allow customers to contact pharmacy by phone. Someone is going to perish as a result of this change in the future at some point. Literally impossible to speak to pharmacy department by phone, all auto prompts and voicemail boxes.

Walked in around 7om looking for a specific product, went to ask a worker where it was located just to not find a single one throughout the whole store. So I spent 20 minutes aimlessly trying to find what I was looking for.

If you ever have a problem in the pharmacy ask for Austin that guy is the beat cvs worker I have ever has the pleasure to deal with over the phone. Cvs he deserves a raise in my opinion great job great employee

They close way too early to be a pharmacy and you have to wait forever for someone to come to the register. They have one speed and that's zero.
