I can not stand the new phone service. The only way to get to a person is by calling the front of the store and asking to be transferred. I am looking at changing pharmacies.

Will not return to CVS after this. Idiotic change to no longer allow customers to contact pharmacy by phone. Someone is going to perish as a result of this change in the future at some point. Literally impossible to speak to pharmacy department by phone, all auto prompts and voicemail boxes.
