Always a great experience dealing with these guys. Whether you're selling old jewelry, getting repairs, or buying an engagement ring, the staff treats you professionally. It's worth mentioning that, their prices are on the low side of reasonable, and they do their own work. My first choice for almost 20 years.

Perfect work. I had taken my St.Christopher medal in for repair. My father had gotten it in 1949. Carroll Ochs did an awesome job. I couldn't be happier with it.

Was in need of watch repair. Bought pocket watch there in 1998 at the mall store. Quit a couple of months ago. They looked at it right away and believe it or not was just in need of a battery. I went there for an appraisal and then (because I always get at least 2 estimates); went to a second local jeweller. The other jeweller gave me a much a better price. I won't forget this. This is just a fyi for anyone else shopping around.

I contacted Carroll / Ochs for a watch I was interested in that was on a limited run. They were quick to check and confirm they had it in stock and sent it the next business day with great communication in between.The present was for myself for something special and Jen communicated with me regularly over text. The only thing I would change is requesting a signature on delivery but end to end an enjoyable moment and I will be buying from them again as a reputable and authorized dealer.Thank you for your help!
