I recently visited Bell Tire and was blown away by the outstanding service from Mike and his team! From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient they had my new tires on in record time. The professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction here are truly impressive. Thanks to their excellent service, I’ll definitely be a loyal customer from now on. Highly recommend this store for anyone needing top notch tire service!

Due to unprofessional business, I am giving no stars....bought and had new tires installed only to receive my car with my wheels and rims presented to me all sloppy amd dirty...grease prints all over my tires and rims...when it was brought to their attention and the attention of the supervisor/manager... they did not see anything wrong....then, one of the workers were being unprofessional and disrespectful.... now, belle tire is in the service industry. Their products should always look professionally done, this was a sad display of business...not sure if I'll come back, and at this point I would not highly recommend this place...I'd recommend with caution....very unprofessional....

I'm always afraid of being scammed by mechanics because I'm a senior-woman citizen. I had just recently purchased new tires from another place that didn't do alignments, and always thought to get one especially after getting new tires. I went to Belle Tire in Monroe to get the alignment. First they were very friendly and professional. Didn't wait long didn't even finish my cup of coffee that they provided. They said my car was done with good news that my car was good and didn't need an alignment. I was so happy. They were honest! I have always dealt here and never had any issues or complaints. I WILL continue to come here because of they are honest, professional, have a very clean store and very prompt service. Great Job Monroe Belle Tire.

My business over to Discount Tire there’s a plus that Discount Tires which is in 38 states so works well for those traveling. I will be doing reviews and at least contacting corporate but I’m sure it will fall on deaf ears. In my opinion it’s no longer about the customer but more about the dollar. No way in hell will I spend a dollar there even if I paid more at a small mom and pop tire company.

(WARNING!)This Belle tire used to be Joe lakeman which was an awesome place to take your vehicle, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE NOW! They are thieves. Had my truck for less than an hour and ransacked it charged me for a one-year alignment and didn't touch a single thing on there except for airing up one side of my vehicle to 47 PSI and the other side to 30. I know because I spent 2 days prior to this doing my own alignment. In case you didn't know this Belle tire and the other Belle tire across the street from Walmart are one in the same. You've been warned.

I went here for a third party pre purchase inspection on a car I was about to buy from a dealership.
Jeff was awesome. He allowed me to go with him to test drive the car I was buying, as it was making a vibration I was nervous about. He explained that it was the engine turning on and off at red lights. He then answered a bunch of other questions about whether it was a good deal, what maintenance I should be doing with it, etc. He was very patient, and didn't speak down to me.
Phil was also very nice. He answered all my questions and didn't talk to me like I was dumb when explaining different issues with the car.

My job keeps me traveling all over the east coast. So when I came here just for a tire rotation, ten(10) minutes after they opened, I was told that it would be two(2) hours and rotating my tires wouldn't help matters. It took almost the full two hours and $80.00!!! Are you freaking kidding me? Let's just say this was my FIRST and LAST time I will come here!! Please read all the other bad reviews and you will make the right choice to go somewhere else!

June 12th, took my truck to get new tires and an oil change. I had an appt so i got right in. Everything was good. Didnt take them long. I had my granddaughter with me so i didnt really inspect my truck until i got home. Thats when i got PISSED!! First off, they didnt put down the paper mats when they got in my truck so they got oil from their shoes all over my carpetted floor mats that i JUST cleaned 4 days before. This is what has me fired up the most-everything under my hood is high performance. One of the men that worked on it broke my air filter and didnt say anything. If anything wouldve got sucked into my engine, it wouldve caused a lot of problems they would most definitely be paying for! I had to run to Auto Zone and buy a new filter that i didnt need before i went there that cost me $80!! Now today, its 2 days after my tires were put on, and theyve lost 6 lbs of air pressure so now i have to take it back in to get them resealed. Exactly how i want to spend my Saturday morning! This is the 1st time ive went to Belle Tire and itll be the last.

I went to this bell tire to get my tires looked at for leakes. Not only they didn't fix my air leak but they broke my key?
They replaced the key but I still have to put air in my tires once a week. Great quality job Monroe Bell Tire. So from now on I'll be taken my business else where???????????

Our appointment was at 10:30am and we are still waiting. (1.5 hours) They told us the tpms sensors were bad. Rockauto has the same Schrader TPMS sensors for $21 each. They're charging people $50 for a each sensor. The manager lied and told me he usually charges $80 each, so I was getting a deal. This is a 150% markup! There was no wiggle room. We will never be coming back to Belle tire again.
