Gary was very friendly and informative as soon as I arrived. I brought attention to a swollen irritated toe that I was concerned about, he informed me of what he would suggest it is and how a vet would handle it and let me know he would be very careful around it. As my dog did have some matted fur, he informed me it would have to be very short, yet it still looked great! Even informed me about some sores and pointed me into some at home care so I wouldn't be over charged by a vet. Mind you this was my first visit and overall very positive!

Gary was incredible. He was super personable and charismatic. He handled my dog, who is pretty wary of people with great care. And the work was phenomenal, he made my curly haired dog look so fluffy. Even added a bow at the end. I love how he only takes a few dogs at a time so it doesn’t stress the dogs out. We talked about how customer service is and I think he does a great job at it. Couldn’t recommend him more.

Absolutely thrilled with the grooming services provided by Bark Avenue! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure to address all of my pup’s needs. The grooming itself was impeccable – my girl looks and smells fantastic! She loved him as well! His attention to detail and genuine love for animals truly sets them apart. I highly recommend Bark Avenue to anyone seeking exceptional care for their pet. We'll definitely be returning for future grooming sessions!

Took my boxer to bark avenue boutique called in the morning got in right away very friendly and welcoming. my dog usually don’t do well with people she don’t know went right up to the guy and let him pet her she got her nails done and a bath and ears cleaned. My dog is so fresh smelling and her toes are perfectly clipped. Definitely will be going back

I would absolutely recommend this groomer. I have an Akita mix that has hardly ever been groomed. Although the groom was shorter than expected because of my pups anxiety, the situation was handled with such care and understanding. He was willing to work with my dog overtime to ease her anxieties and showed so much compassion towards me and my pup. Thank you thank you thank you Ps. She smells amazing!

I scheduled an appointment for my small dog about a couple of days ago, and here I am the day of. Now for context, I will run the fire underneath myself for being about five to ten minutes late to my appointment and should've made a phone call in; but I don't think that gives the guy the right to be rude about it. My dog and I weren't even a step into the establishment when the groomer rudely stated that, "he was not doing my dog" and that he wasn't going to because "he didn't wanna get behind schedule." No Hello, no good morning, no nothing!! I couldn't even utter at least an apology for being late without him talking over me! On top of that, there was not one car outside in the parking lot besides my own and I'm assuming, the groomer's. I was assuming we were the earliest of appointments because no one else was there and expected such a nice, smooth transition for my little dog since it's only our second time visiting. I will not be returning if the atmosphere is horrible and the customer service is unwelcoming.

I just Love how Gary is with my nieces dogs he does a wonderful job on Teddy and Zoe. Even after Teddy had burs and didn’t know he got sprayed when he got out of the yard. Smells and looks GREAT. Thank you so much.

Top notch dog grooming. Gary doesn't even need a review from me with this 25plus years of experience with all breeds and types of dogs. Credit goes where credit's due and he did a great job with my dogs. He was kind and caring with my senior dog and patient with my younger dog.

Abby has never looked better she looks beautiful Gary is good with her he’s so friendly such a kind and carding souls I’ll be back again for any animal I have he played with her kept her occupied and she was so happy when we saw her she never been so happy with getting her hair done! Such and angel! ILL BE BACK AGAIN and I’ll refere to anyone who asked where to BARK avenue is the way! What a blessing!❤️

Extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. Had to call and cancel an appointment 3 days in advance and was basically threatened that if it happened again we wouldn’t be “welcome to come back”. If I could leave less than 1 star for a review I would. Sometimes things in life happens and appointments need to be cancelled

Very nice, clean, and much more reasonable pricing to ban any others. The owner, Greg, was really great with our 14 year old lab/Italian Greyhound girl. She was really comfortable with him. Glad to have found Bark Avenue !!!!!!
