I had rented a utility pump to empty water in basement. When I was done I had 15 minutes to make it back to store so I wasn’t charged a second day and could get deposit back. I had called and was going to be past closing time. The guys in the rental shop, the rental desk worker, and a cashier all stayed so I could get the return done. Great customer service that helped me tremendously.

Great service ! Always have treated me fair through the years . I have owned an Auto repair shop 25 years . I have used only Bakers Welding in ******* Park. Everyone from the upper management to all the workers . Treated me and my employees with the up most respect . Very professional establishment. I wouldnt recommend anyone else! Usually come here to get my propane tanks filled staff is always friendly and willing to help especially last time when I needed some parts for my trucks snow plow also a good go to for miscellaneous nuts\bolts

Please for your own good stay away from this store.I purchased a Generator 2 weeks ago the price of $1059. Found the same exact model on several different websites for $849.99. The machine itself is fantastic.However, I contacted Baker’s Ace hardware and spoke to the manager Don. He stated that he wouldn’t be able to price match or grant store credit for the exorbitant price tag.Do yourself a favor and get what you need elsewhere. Additionally, they don’t honor a 10% veteran discount, can’t imagine how non vets are treated there.Vote with your dollars, go to the big box stores / Amazon.20% increase on a big ticket item isn’t worth supporting a local business

horrible service and the refuse to rent to you if you don't live in Monroe count, even if you've rented from the before. waste of time never go here just go to sunbelt.

Apparently they only rent to residents of Monroe and they fail to tell anyone about that until your there expecting to get a rental. Called the manager to ask why , it's been 3 days . Seems they don't care.
