Completely stonewalling my 88 year old father in laws claim manager denied claim never once returned our phone calls Tyler Jesse claims and Claims manager Antonio smith costing him thousands he can't afford they have been paying customers 15 years and have never made one homeowner claim

This is one Insurance Company Melissa Smith doesn't wanna to work with you. We added a car to our policey last month and she "CLAIMS" she mailed it out the following day which I never received now she's trying to telling me to prove to her I never got it but yet how can you prove you never got the new statement but yet took my payment today after saying my policy was cancelled. Why would you take someone's payment if your policy is cancelled and going to tell me to pay $277 by May 7th so if my insurance is cancelled why did they take my payment and say I owe $277 if I have no insurance. Don't deal with Melissa Smith all she wants is your money. She's an amateur and doesn't know anything about what she's doing get a different agent. When we had Dawain Rice he would actually work with you even if you was short on your payment but he retired. Mellisa Smith is young, inexperienced, doesn't know what she's doing, won't work with her get you a different agent or different company.

I would give them 0 stars. I have been a member for a long time. Rarely have any contact. This year I went in and asked for a triptik. You would think I was asking this man to run a marathon. Rude and minimally helpful.

I don’t ever leave reviews unless it’s this bad. I spoke with an agent a while back about getting a refund for an unauthorized charge. She told me and assured me the amount that I will get back. They only refunded less than a quarter of that amount. I call back and speak with them and they had to find the conversation. They put me on hold. They listened to it and said she didn’t tell me the amount that was supposed to be refunded. I ask to speak to a supervisor and she’s harder to reach than the president. I get transferred to next of leadership then she hangs up on me while I’m speaking with her. I call back and they pickup the phone and keep hanging up. Tried again and again and no one would answer the phone. They just ran away instead of helping me out. Horrible service. They’re rip offs and liars. They won’t give me or let me hear the recorded conversation I had with the first agent because they know they’re lying. I’llNever ever get insurance with AAA again. Just take my money and run.
