    This office is almost never open. Another AAA closed in Monroe about a year ago and since then, this office has had a sign talking about being busy because of the office closing. You can only see anyone if you make an appointment via phone but they never answer the phone either. Is this even a AAA office??

    Still waiting to hear from claims adjuster after 3 weeks of getting evaluated at the body shop. I was told a week or so at most. Ridiculous! Getting new quotes this week another insurance company.
