The part they replaced was faulty and they wouldn’t listen to my concerns after they “ repaired “ it. Went to the dealership and paid for the same repair for LESS money , only their part worked.

First time customer. Very impressed the mechanic called out the issue before he even looked at my vehicle gave me a ball park price on the repair, and it even came in lower will definitely use them again.

We were running out of options when it came to fixing my husbands truck. He worked countless weekends to get it fixed and with a new baby on the way soon, we were running out of time. Dropped our truck off Wednesday and just got it back this morning. It’s running great!! We can’t thank you all enough. This has been a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. Very affordable pricing and friendly staff. We will recommend this place to all our friends and family. Thank you!!

A-1 Auto Center is an amazing shop! I own Graham Auto Service in Sikeston, MO and had a customer on vacation experience trouble with their vehicle. I checked out Napa's repair shop finder, as we are a Napa repair shop also and found A-1 was actually in the town my customer was heading to. One phone call and A-1 treated my customer like family and got them fixed up without hesitation. Thank you to A-1 for everything you have done and for saving my customer's vacation!

I went there today to get my vehicle ready for the summer travel season. They changed my oil and filter and serviced my PTU unit. They also did a brake inspection and replaced my rear pads. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff I will definitely be back.

First time getting work here. Staff is very friendly. The waiting area could be a little more inviting for customers waiting with vehicles (like TV and/or some kind of beverages). Compared to other service shops in town I will definitely be back, for any service that my regular shop can't perform.

if A-1 was a cardiology practice, id be comfortable letting them perform surgery on my heart. I do not advise this though, they probably dont have a license for that.

Trash customer service. The miserable woman who answered the phone had an attitude as soon as she answered and then acted ignorant about my questions. She shouldn't be allowed to communicate with the customers.

Amazing place to come if you need car repairs done in both a timely manner and for a really good price. Everyone that works here is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I've been giving them service for about a year now and have never been dissatisfied. Making an appointment over the phone is usually your best bet for getting in at a good time.Services: Electrical repair
