Very nice and seemingly honest. My car was too far gone to repair but he charged me less than the max quote to diagnose, and didn't charge extra to store it until I got it picked up. I will definitely take my new car there for service.

These guys do a fantastic job! They are very fast, affordable, and go the distance to get your vehicle taken care of. I'm really glad they are here local. I only want the best level of care for my vehicles & I question the average dealership service department's integrity & prices. That's why this is my go-to shop now!
I took in my 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500hd work truck that I had a number on concerns and questions about. In just a few hours, the truck was fully diagnosed. After a few questions on what I wanted to do, they had the truck done the next day as I requested with full premium brake replacement on all corners, front end service (ball joints, control arm bushings, front hub bearings, front CV axles, & shocks), premium Lucas Oil front & rear diff oil change, transfer case oil change, & lastly a full transmission oil and filter change at my request.
These guys are very knowledgeable & trustworthy! I couldn't be happier with my truck & it drives and rides good as new agian. ?

Came here based on a recommendation from a friend for my project Jeep. This team embraced the “train wreck”, worked out my issues with the current configuration, figured out how to push past the mess I had and was able to tune my Jeep and get her back on the trail after 10 months of down time!!
Highly recommend these guys! Very experienced, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and an overall great crew!

Amazing service and nice guys. I have been coming here for my car maintenance needs for awhile now. They have replaced my front brakes, strut, and CV axle.
All of these services I have done before at the dealership which is okay, but gets expensive. The service at Northern has always been above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.
