Nice quaint small town, family owned motel. The rooms are clean and bed is comfy. Old fashion door keys and screen doors, if you are looking for fancy, you won't find it here. Lisa, the owner was very welcoming and helpful from my initial call to reserve to checking in. If we are ever back in the area, we will stay again.

Great motel right in downtown Mio. Very close to the AuSable River, and right next door to McDonalds & the grocery store. Convenient location and clean, modern rooms. Lisa in the office is very accommodating and friendly. She will go out of her way to make sure you have what you need for a comfortable stay. Feels like... read full comment

Close to the water and to town. Our campsite was reserved by someone else in advance and we had to scramble to find accommodations. Lisa was spectacular!
