Even though they were busy, they ran diagnostics on my car and my problem turned out to be a quick fix. In order to not leave me stranded, Brian stopped what he was doing, did the quick repair and I was back on the road within an hour!
It was an 8 hour drive for me that day, and I was not that close to my destination. I can’t even say how grateful I was that they understood my situation and took care of me and my car!

I'm a rural mail carrier out of Gaylord. My vehicles see a lot of wear and tear. After trying every garage closer to home, I have found that Mike's is worth the drive.
His garage is run on a level of honesty and integrity that has been impossible for me to find elsewhere. The quality of work is above par.

I called twice and both times I was hung up on. I could hear voices in the background, then the slam of the phone back on the receiver. Quite disappointed considering I heard great things about this place.

Awesome service. Was up north on vacation and had a flex joint go on my F150 exhaust . They were able to squeezed me in and had me back on the road in an hour.

Always honest. Have never had any issues. They don't treat me like some "***** girl and try to tell me things are wrong with my vehicle just to make extra money. Bonus is they're walking distance to a restaurant (Ellie's) you can go eat while you wait! ?

Friendly and efficient service. Does both auto glass as well as glass windows and doors. Ordered insulated glass pane to repair sliding window.
