“Kind of expensive but the people and the staff were friendly. They also had a cool AI robot that walked around and beeped at you if you were in the way while it was trying to scan for products needed to fill the shelves which I've never seen before and thought was totally cool”
“Store is always clean, staff is usually friendly, prices are a bit high but that's normal for a small town. Fresh meat is always good, great selection of seafood and meat in general, truly enjoy the homemade jerky.”
“Decided to stop in there short while ago on the way to my uncles in Mio to pay a visit before my cousins Murl, Terry and I hit our cabin to get some late season bow action in. Pleasantly surprised to actually go into a Dollar general and find people working cuz the ones down by me are pretty much a ghost town. I was in a bit of a hurry cause I was sick of driving and listening to my two cousins argue. But luckily I was helped by this nice young lady named "Dan" according to her name tag. End up getting what I needed quickly. hot sauce, some steakums for me and Claude the dog, they actually had orange tic tacs, got some detergent, then I was going to get WD-40 for Terry's wheelchair but every time I spray that stuff makes me sneeze so I ended up getting some KY jelly. It works just as good. And they had the light blue American spirits I smoke surprisingly. And we had a $5 off coupon. Overall pleasant experience and I will go back and if you need to find anything just look for the young lady named Dan.-- only downfall, and it has nothing to do with the establishment itself. But as we were pulling away I swear I saw a colostomy bag laying on the ground. But one cannot control what somebody else does with their auxiliary colons.”

“Ordered broasted chicken and ribs for the AuSable Valley Engine and Tractor Club picnic and tractor safari. The food was excellent and everyone was very pleased. They even cut all the ribs for us and give us extra bbq sauce. Would definitely order from them again.”
