I originally brought my 2019 Challenger in for new brakes in March 2024. Was an easy experience, but after the repairs, I heard noise coming from the new brakes. These guys continued to work on the car until they got a result we were all happy with. I'm sure they'll never want to see these brakes again, but I'd happily bring back my car for any other work that needs to be done. They treated me well and I trust them to get the job done.”

“Today I went to Discount Tire on Grand River in Novi MI. I go there twice a year to switch from factory wheels for winter and chrome wheels in summer. My last visit there was a couple little hiccups in the service. I spoke to Nick the owner/manager about it last winter after he read my review. He called me same day. Said if I gave them another chance he would make sure everything went smoothly. When I walked in he acknowledged me by name and said let’s get you taken care of. My appointment was 11:45 I left their store at 12:15. Only 30 minutes later. During the service one of the shop people came in and said it will only be a few minutes more. They met me right away knew why I was there referred to me by name and had me out in 30 minutes. It wasn’t just a wheel swap they had to swap my tires to my summer wheels also. I was given my keys and a receipt for no charge. I’m very happy with the service I received and glad I went back. I would recommend them to anyone for their tire needs. “I've always had great service at this store and they've always gone out of their way to help me. My tires have been very bad for a while now and I just haven't been able to afford replacements. I finally needed to get 1 tire replaced and could barely afford the 1 tire at the time so after talking with me about my situation they decided they couldn't let me leave with my front tires as bad as they were and ended up putting on 2 used tires on my fronts completely free of charge to help until I could afford the other 2 tires. Absolutely amazing customer service and will always recommend this store to others”
“They'll get you in quick and will not grossly over charge you like Tuffy in South Lyon. Tuffy wanted to charge me $4500 dollars for a new exhaust system when my truck need a muffler and tail pipe....These guys are honest and do great work ?”

“This place is a good place to stop by and grab a parking lot hot dog, there be some good looking dudes I’d associate myself with in the parking lot. I mean $20 is $20 ya know what I mean. Back to the hot dogs they are of superior quality!!! They taste like something I’d eat at Costco from the sample stations. I’m just glad I can have a place to visit from time to time, relax kick back and enjoy a nice dog.”

“They saved us!!!! We were in town for an event and our tire was leaking air. We barely made it there right as they opened on Friday. They said it'd be 90 minutes but they got us in within 20 minutes. They were very friendly and fixed the multiple issues and DIDN'T CHARGE US A PENNY!!! We were very grateful that they were able to get us all fixed. I highly recommend them for any tire repairs and would use them for replacements if needed.”

“Huge shout out again for Downtown Garage. I've gone there over 5 years and each time they are courteous, professional, friendly and very reliable. Came back from vacation, my transmission cable snapped. Had it towed to Downtown garage and back to driving it the next afternoon. Good as new! Love that place and highly recommend it. Plus you get to pet the friendliest dog in town!”
