Polished Outlook is amazing! I’m so happy I found this place! Hands down the best manicure, pedicure & facial I’ve ever had. Nadiya (the owner) and her staff are so kind, welcoming, and they always put the customer experience first. Very professional and you can tell their level of experience surpasses most. The salon is absolutely spotless & always decorated so cute! I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more. I refer all of my friends & family there. If you’re looking to feel pampered, make sure to check this place out!

I actually didn't think of writing a review but I am very sad. As a mother of 2 under 2, any moment you can pamper yourself you take the chance. I was there Wednesday at 6pm and asked for a pedicure and the lady said they were closing soon, I asked if a express pedicure could be done and she said no and was trying to look in her books when I said I'm not from this area and visiting so no need to do that. I thought maybe the salon closed 630 that's why I was denied but the notification from Google maps said to review the salon and I checked the hours and you guys actually closed at 8pm. I'm not sure where the disconnect was at but you lost money and a customer. God bless you all and I hope you are honest about your hours and helping anyone that comes in your door from now on.

Visited Polished Outlook for their Signature Spa Facial. I was greeted immediately by the welcoming staff and was made comfortable while i waited (since I arrived early.)
The spa was spotless and very updated looking.
The luxurious facial included a shoulder, hand and foot massage. Nadia used wonderful products that left my dry skin feeling so soft. It was easy to tell that she was an experienced aesthetician as it was such a relaxing experience.
I am definitely returning and will try other services as well. Glad I found a favorite spot for nails, pedicures and facials.

I had been growing out my hair for about 2 years when I finally decided to go back to short hair. Only problem was I didn't know where to go as I hadn’t had any good experiences at other salons. Boy was this place different, the receptionist who also cut my hair was so professional and so kind. She asked so many questions trying to figure out exactly what I wanted I didn’t even know the answer for some! It turned out absolutely amazing. I even came back a week or so later for an eyebrow waxing (never had any waxing done before) same woman took care of me; Abigail is her name, so skilled at what she does made the whole process really quick and it looked great in my opinion. Absolutely couldn’t recommend this place enough and I’d definitely suggest Abigail as the one for the job each time. Very excited for my next visit (something I’ve never said about a salon before)Services: Body waxing

I have really bad luck at hair salons for some reason. First visit - the stylist asked if she could trim my hair a tiny amount (like 1/4") and I said yes. She took more like 3" off the back. By the time I saw how much she finished trimming. Admittedly, it felt a lot healthier but don't tell a client you're only going to do a LIGHT TRIM, then take at least 3" off. I asked my husband how much was removed from the length when I got home and he said about 3". It's not just me who could tell it wasn't just a "trim". It was definitely a cut. The quality of her cut was very good, and she did what she called "invisible layers" which also turned out, well, invisible! I couldn't tell where they layers were but she said she did them. I have no reason to not believe she did. The blowout was a horrendous style but nobody has ever been able to style myhair. This was no different. My bangs were in my eyes no matter how hard I tried pushing them aside so they'd stop poking me in the eye-balls. My husband laughed when I walked through the door. He said, "what the h*** is that?!" We've been married over 30 years so he can say what he's thinking and I don't get upset. I thought the same thing about the blowout. It was absolutely hideous but the price was reasonable for all the work she did and I loved the owner and listening to her talking with her client, so I thought I'd give them another shot and scheduled another appointment. I'm very forgiving. It's my nature. Second visit - I resigned myself to forgetting about the length issue since pretty much every salon I've ever allowed to TRIM my hair, actually cut much more off the length than they claimed they were going to. I asked for my color to be changed to a burgundy shade to give it more pop. I left with my hair wet because I was in a hurry. There was zero noticeable color difference. In fact, it looked pretty much the same exact color as when I left the first time, only no grey roots which was the main reason I started getting my hair done at a salon. I've gone many years without coloring my hair and it was time I gave myself an overhaul so I had my first color done at MGM in Las Vegas which turned out spectacular. I came here for a touch-up the first visit but I really wanted to go more vivid so the second visit I was excited when I arrived, but terribly disappointed when I got home and my hair had dried. Third visit - This morning, I had a 9AM appointment with 2 hours before I had to be somewhere. I arrived almost 10 minutes early which is usually plenty of time to check in and be ready to get started. The stylist wasn't on prem at the time I arrived. Not a huge deal since I expected her to arrive any time. It was almost 9:05AM when the nice woman at the front desk called my stylist to see if she was on her way. Well, she wasn't. She completely flaked out and all I could overhear was the woman at the front desk saying, "...20 minutes?" I looked up in disbelief, completely frustrated by this last chance I was going to give this place and I shook my head no and walked out. She was apologetic but it wasn't her fault. If you want to go to this salon, I'd advise against making an appointment with Carolyn (sp?) but ask for the owner. She's delightful, very knowledgeable, and I could tell she has repeat clients who have been coming to her for a while. Unfortunately, I won't step foot in the place ever again because I don't want to deal with the hassle I've had to put up with so far. I'm trying to give local businesses, my business, but this place was a total fail for me. The star rating is because of my experience but isn't a reflection of the owner herself. If she makes any staffing changes, I might consider going back.

The salon/spa is incredibly clean and welcoming. I normally have very painful and uncomfortable experiences when it comes to waxing but this has been my go-to place lately due to how comfortable I feel. Nadiya is so thorough and somehow makes it less painful.

Polished Outlook is the only salon to go to for any of your hair styling needs. Belinda is a topnotch stylist who does an excellent job in haircut, hairstyle, coloring, highlights or any hair needs you may need. I have been going to Belinda for several years and she never disappoints. Most recently, Belinda styled hair for my daughter's wedding. We were all so very pleased with our hairstyle and she made my daughter, the bride, feel like a princess.If you want the best manicure and pedicure you must go to Polished Outlook. Nadia, the owner, gives the best manicure and pedicure.
