“They are great, guys! Took my vehicle in on Labor Day Weekend. They assured me they were open and had the time to inspect my vehicle. I kept hearing a weird noise on my passenger side, I really couldn't pinpoint the issue. (Wheel Barring, Ball Joint, Loose Caliper, Joint/Arm, or a bad strut/shock). They looked it over for me and gave me a thorough answer on the issue. I appreciate them taking the time to talk to me, fix the problem, educate me, and make me feel at ease. So, I didn't have to keep worrying about it and to feel safe driving my vehicle. I respect that in the vehicle industry. Just talk to me and help me understand. There was no rushing me, being an alarmist, pushing me off because they were too busy or trying to up charge me. I'll be taking my vehicle to Norm's here on out for all my vehicle needs. They earned my trust.”

“This was my first time going to victory. I needed an oil change so bad, and was in and out in less than 30 mins (and this visit included inspection of my engine). They changed my oil, topped fluids off, checked my lights and windshield wipers and pointed out any concerns. The staff were polite and courteous and had extensive knowledge in their field. I will definitely be coming back here for future services. A+ experience.”

Although they did not check the air in my tires, did not fill my windshield solvent, did not check my lights around the vehicle or tires or my air filters like they normally do. It's not like they were busy, he had told me they were super slow and I was only like the 5th car of the day and this was late afternoon. “We didn't end up getting a Lincoln, but I can't recommend Rich enough! We came in pretty late on a Saturday and they were about to close. Rich was one of the best salesman that we've ever dealt with. I mean, we spent a lot of time shopping around before deciding to even get a car and Rich was the best salesman that I've dealt with by far. He also gave us the best price out of all the places we met with. While I ended up going with another vehicle, I will 100% be back to Rich when my new lease is up and I decide to get a Lincoln!”
