“I went into Flexx oil change today. Ray was my person of contact. It had been a while since I had been there because I found an oil change place closer. Never had a bad experience there just another place was right by my office and more convenient.. He popped the hood and checked my oil. He said sir your oil is fine. You have another 3000 miles left at least on the last oil change. Apparently the last place did not change my reading on the computer back to 100%. Well even though it may take a few more minutes to get there I will most certainly will be going there from now on. Thank you Ray for the honesty and service. He even topped everything off and checked the tires free of charge.”
“I may have already left a 5 star review the last time I had an oil change here but they’re that good that I’ll happily leave another. Moe took care of me today and he was amazing! He was fast, friendly, got me in and out within 10 minutes and with a smile. As long as I live in the area, I will get my oil changes done here. I originally brought my 2019 Challenger in for new brakes in March 2024. Was an easy experience, but after the repairs, I heard noise coming from the new brakes. These guys continued to work on the car until they got a result we were all happy with. I'm sure they'll never want to see these brakes again, but I'd happily bring back my car for any other work that needs to be done. They treated me well and I trust them to get the job done.”

However, the team at Victory Lane in South Lyon were very professional and friendly. It took no time at all to drive away with my oil changed. I will definitely be a return customer.”
“Stopped in on a very hot day and the guys were nice as could be. My oil change went pretty quickly, they checked all the necessary fluids, tires, etc. and asked if I'd like anything else done. So they checked the air filter which obviously needed to be replaced. No pressure, and it was replaced. A fine experience at a reasonable price. ?”

“They'll get you in quick and will not grossly over charge you like Tuffy in South Lyon. Tuffy wanted to charge me $4500 dollars for a new exhaust system when my truck need a muffler and tail pipe....These guys are honest and do great work ?”

“This is my go to place for an oil change. Joe always takes care of my car and is very helpful and honest. I needed an air filter and he showed me the dirty one that came out of my car and told me the replacement price. I think their prices are very reasonable.”
“Wasn't able to change my oil due to not having the exact filter, but quickly called the store down the street and sent me down there to get it done. Great friendly service.”
“We didn't end up getting a Lincoln, but I can't recommend Rich enough! We came in pretty late on a Saturday and they were about to close. Rich was one of the best salesman that we've ever dealt with. I mean, we spent a lot of time shopping around before deciding to even get a car and Rich was the best salesman that I've dealt with by far. He also gave us the best price out of all the places we met with. While I ended up going with another vehicle, I will 100% be back to Rich when my new lease is up and I decide to get a Lincoln!”

“Great experience and value!I took my vehicle in to get an oil change. I forgot that it was Easter weekend and there would be an hour and a half wait. I was advised that they have appointments that could be booked. They were able to get me in, next day. It took less than 20 minutes for the oil change! They cleaned my front and back windows, checked fluids, aired up tires, etc. I was impressed!I highly recommend this location for your oil change and tire needs!”
