A few people posting fake reviews here lately, using google reviews as personal attacks, having nothing to do with the actual business. It's too bad google has no policies to protect against personal harassment, but you can basically make up anything you want. If someone is posting a vague or personal accusation, you can bet what they're saying reflects their own behavior or agenda rather than an actual event. Beware google reviews, too easily manipulated.

The woman representing this company was extremely rude. She seemed to care more about eating her McDonald's lunch than servicing customers. How this company stays in business is a mystery.

Took my truck in for an alignment at downtown garage!! Driver took it for a test drive and came back with a cracked windshield, so Milford glass fixed me up in a hurry. Thanks.A+++

They quoted me a out the door price and ended up charging us $21 dollars more than quote. They do good work, NOW they Lost my business, Sorry. I should of went to Henderson Glass like my instinct told me to.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Used to replace one window outside. 3 months later the entire casing began peeling and broke. I called a few times to discuss. Not very helpful. Just said trim must have been “dry rotted”. I can literally see through the corner of the window to the outside. Also, the secretary went on a political anti-American rant when I first booked them. Politics while answering phones for a window company?? Should have been a red flag.

Small town glass shop. I really love this place. I broke glass on our grandfather clock, $11 later they had a perfect fit. Just a great staple business in Milford.

Came in first then lady there complaining how I parked coming in slow and care full I’m a Learning disability I parked just fine she said why U MILFORD. PEOPLE HAVE PARK LIKE THAT she said others were rude to her I WASNT EVEN RUDE AT ALL I gived them good service till now NEVER COMING BACK UR LOST, I go some were else’s who has manners, ???? These people came out to my house measured Windows told me they were gonna order them and two months later I found out they have done nothing they sent me back two months this is a horrible business.
