This place seems confused on how to operate a business. Went for an estimate for a relatively easy fix for some body molding on my F150. Michael, the estimator, should not be in customer service. Blew me off and basically told me to deal with it, they have too many cars to fix, and wont get to me at any point in time. He emailed me the estimate that day anyhow, to which I replied I would like to get the job done and when can I schedule as I was not in a rush, and my emails and call were not returned. Went to Jack Demmer instead and was taken care of quickly and with a smile.

I brought our vehicle here for an insurance claim after getting rear-ended. The Hines Park Ford Collision team was very professional and got our car back to us in like-new condition after just a couple weeks. They even had it fully detailed!Service: Body & Trim

Horrible service. Took a week longer than quoted. Did not completely fix my truck and actually broke and lost addotional parts. Woupd give 0 stars if possibpe. When confronted about broken amd missing peoces i was told thats not their problem. Very rudeService: Body & Trim

Needed a repair after collission. They told us that they were too busy to give an estimate even though the lobby was completely empty and no customers. Their excuse was that it is snowing outside. And that is at the end of April!

Called the day before right before closing and made an appointment to come buy a truck. I told them that I was an hour away and they assured me they would call me before if someone bought the truck before I left. I take off work drive there pull in see the truck and I’m ready to buy it and am told that they just sold it. No apologies nothing what a joke. Needless to say I’m not recommending this dealership for lack of professionalism.

I will have to say this is the worst customer service ever. I do not recommend going here for anything. They made me drive with a broken window just to get a quote. I figured since they were a Ford affiliated shop they should be able to give me a quote over the phone like many other places I have since found out will do. Also the time to get the job completed was several days longer than many other glass repair companies. They said they did not have the capability to give a quote over the phone without seeing the vehicle. It is only a window replacement that should be pretty straightforward. They didn't seem to care that I drove in the rain with the broken window. They don't care if they get your business or not it's all money to them. I wish I had called around to other places first I would have realized you are better off going somewhere else for auto window repair than the deal actual dealership. But they won't tell you that upfront

Paid to get my bumper fixed. When I got the car back, the bumper was perfect. I also noticed that my mustang no longer had any paint chips. They fixed them and didn't even tell me. Above and beyond. Thanks.

These guys are leaders in the industry. Prompt and courteous customer service, “make it easy†is what they're about and it's exactly what they do. I highly recommend this collision repair shop in Oakland County. They repaired my car quickly and the work was flawless. This body shop is top notch in my book.
