My experience at Gina’s Bridal made finding my wedding dress feel fun and effortless. The staff was so welcoming and kind and made me feel like a supermodel in every dress I tried on. Each person was so genuine in their desire to make the experience special and memorable for me and my people! This was my first time trying on bridal gowns and I went into my appointment excited but apprehensive that I wouldn’t like how anything looked on my body. It turns out I ended up LOVING and feeling super confident in every dress I tried on! The professionalism and level of care the staff put into choosing dresses for my style and body shape was evident and I was surprised to find a dress that I love! I cannot thank the team at Gina’s enough for the kindness and care they showed me during my appointment. Their team truly cared about me and my experience more than whether or not I bought a dress from them. And when I, to my surprise, found a dress I loved they went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get married in my dream wedding gown. I could not recommend Gina’s bridal enough! If you or someone you know is in need of a formal dress I would highly recommend shopping at Gina’s!

Gina's Bridal Boutique has an array of beautiful dresses in store. I do want to give the BIGGEST of shoutouts to Caleigh there. She was my associate during the appointment and I can't begin to relay how amazing she was. She was personable and efficient, polite and kind and made the whole experience one to remember. I am still deciding what dress is right for me, but if you're looking for top notch customer service, go see Caleigh at Gina's. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable the whole time I was there with my mom and sister. I can't recommend her enough.

Fabulous experience at Gina’s Bridal! Best of all, this is where I found THE dress after going to many other dress shops in the area! Kathy and Gina were incredibly helpful, provided many options, and had great opinions. Highly recommend for all your wedding needs!!!

I would give 1,000 stars if it would let me. LADIES, THIS IS THE SHOP TO GO TO! Everything from the try on appointment, to alterations, to pick up was such a stress-free time that really made everything amazing and seamless!
Try on: hands down the best experience. I was overwhelmed after going to 6 other stores that week, and trying on over 40 other dresses at that point. I let my stylist know what I had narrowed down as far as my preferences, and she NAILED IT on the first dress she brought me! I said "yes" that day, surrounded by my family and friends, and I even got a discount for saying yes that day! The most amazing part? I was shopping only FIVE MONTHS before my wedding, but Gina and the team made it so stress free! A tiny rush charge (seriously, it was so reasonable) and we were good to go!
Alterations: their alterations specialist is so sweet and kind, she is seriously the best!! My dress fit like a glove and didn't move all night, even being a strapless and me being a little bigger up top. I cannot stress how wonderful their alterations policy is, where they will not exceed a certain price point, ever. My best friend's alterations cost more than she paid for her dress!! This is not how Gina's operates, and that is such a refreshing thing to see.
Pick-up and after: pick up was breeze! We did a final try on, and because I couldn't have any of my party come with me, they made a personalized video on my phone of how to do the bustle for my dress! That was a life saver at the reception, being able to reference step by step!
I reached out after the wedding because we did a lot of traipsing through the (muddy, rainy) forest for our wedding photos and the dress has some stains and rips, asking for recommendations on where to do repairs and cleaning. THEY DO REPAIRS TOO!! And they send out for cleaning and preservation after! Truly a one stop shop, I cannot recommend them enough! ❤️

I’m the MOH for my best friend and the wedding gowns and ladies behind it all are amazing! We found her wedding dress here and they were so gracious and kind. It was the first shop we tried out and I’m so happy we were able to find her dress here. From booking the appointment to the trying on process they were great. Even though it was a Friday afternoon, the dress specialists were lovely and so knowledgeable. Overall a great experience! Thank you Gina’s!

Great experience joining my niece, who was shopping for wedding dresses. Two attendants helping us. They welcomed our crew of 4 who were viewing. She said yes to the dress here, her 4th store.

Highly recommend going here for any bridal needs and also any mother of the brides struggling to find the perfect dress. My mom is undergoing Chemo and has a colostomy so finding something that works well with new body changes has been frustrating for her. Kathy was so amazing working with my mom listening to what she wants and suggesting dresses that would flatter her. They are absolutely the most amazing people that care to help and make you feel good in something. My mom is so grateful we went here.

I am so happy I chose a dress from my hometown bridal boutique. We grew up seeing her gowns in the window and only dreaming of the day we would be in there trying them on. I was able to walk out ordering a triple digit priced dress that was everything I had dreamed of. Gina was wonderful to work with and was willing to make any and all adjustments to create my vision. However, I had a seamstress, older woman (didn't catch her name) who encouraged me on a particular bustle style I did not like, she seemed to feel personally attacked when I spoke up and asked for something different, agreed on a different and more sleek style, yet did not write down what I wanted. I came to my final fitting to discover the awful bustle - straight up looked like old school poofy grandma curtains on my very sleek form-fitting dress - was what she wrote down on her notes. The wonderful seamstress (again didn't catch her name but young with long strawberry blonde hair) working that day was happy to quickly fix it and agreed the style I chose was the better fit for the dress. Her team also provided me with body tape to help with holding still my wider shoulder straps. Overall, I feel Gina’s is a must when searching for a gown on the East side of MI.

Got my wedding dress from here a few months ago and it was the best possible experience I could've asked for. Right when i walked in, my consultant, Kathy, and I discussed what I was looking for and she knew exactly what dresses to have me try on. She was super helpful, as was all of the staff there. I highly, highly recommend going to Gina’s to get your wedding dress!
