I loved this location and staff. Made me feel at home while I was in MIlford from Canada for the weekend. Plus honored my membership from my Country.

I live the Carl's YMCA. It is well cared for facility. The staff are professionally trained, kind and encouraging. Fellow members are also kind and supportive. Originally I joined because of summer camp for my child. That was over 19 years ago!?

Great classes, instructors and schedule. Facility is clean and staff are friendly. I attend daily and have made many friends while staying in shape. Also accept Silver Sneakers and Silver and Fit.
