Generally happy with service here. Was on a bit of a time crunch this last time, and took a little longer than expected. It turned out the car was done, but the advisor had not gotten to tell me yet, and when he was supposed to be checking me out, he was accidentally working on someone else’s paperwork instead of mine. This seemed to be an outlier compared with previous visits.

They do what I ask them to do maintenance And suggest other maintenance to keep my vehicle Like new. The only place I go except for tires. 87000 miles on my silver auto 2019 still runs like new thanks to them.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! huge shot to AMY !! I know we have only talked the few handful of times but your very easy to talk to an I appreciate all your help and your hears when iv come in !! The maintenance dude who handled my tire rotation an oil change with the absolute QUICKNESS !! I was ealy for my appointment and you guys took my car right in an i was right out !!!! Also maintenance guy Thank you for the keeping my front plastic weather guard from coming unclipped with the zippie ties ! !! Lol you all are very welcoming an I appreciate you all so much ! Only victory I will go too!!!!

By far THE BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. It is hard to believe this isn’t a family owned dealership, because they truly do treat you like their family. Adriana was the sales person I worked with who guided me tremendously in getting a 2024 Blazer. Not only was she transparent throughout the entire process, but she made it as smooth as possible, I was in and out in under an hour. It took me a few weeks to decide if I wanted to make the big leap, and there was no pressure, just facts and coaching the entire time. She made sure I was in the perfect vehicle with the best ROI and that I ultimately got the SUV I wanted. I also must shout out Garrett and Wynter who spent countless hours as well. They're not the type of people to sell you a car for the money, but whats in your best interest and getting you exactly what you want for the price you can afford. I have found my forever home in a dealership and I hope those 3 will always be there. They explain everything thoroughly and upfront so you know what you’re signing and getting.
