Run by weird old man and cheapskate, heat and ac constantly go out and not willing to fix. Made my wife uncomfortable living there. Unwilling to fix issues, they own the hardware store and force you to buy the supplies to fix it yourself from said hardware store. Expect to be given bug spray when there is a wasp infestation
