She went over and beyond!!!! I am so appreciative when I get good customer service!!! But this was great customer service !!!! ?? So need I say more ? I recommend this public storage facility. “Rodrigo and Irvin were phenomenal! They helped us unload our pod into a second-floor walk-up in exactly one hour. When the couch didn't fit through the fire door, they moved it in through the second-floor balcony (one person held the couch up from the ground level and the other held onto the couch from the balcony). It was truly amazing to witness. They were friendly, quick, and very hard-working.
Highly recommend Handle With Care. Easy to work with from start to finish. Clear pricing and communication, and no hourly minimum (billed in 15 min increments). Could not be happier!”
“I’ve the opportunity to drive by and check this location out since I was thinking of getting a unit. The staff was very professional and courteous. The manager, Mr. Willis was very knowledgeable and transparent. he took me on a tour answered my questions and concerns. displays were placed accordingly. The place is spacious and clean. Prices are treasonable and can fit into anyone’s budget. I would recommend this location on Michigan Ave.”

“This place is wonderful! I've been a customer for over 10 years. My things are Safe & Secure. I recommend Mitchell's Storage to anyone who might need to store their belongings. It's easy to get in and out. It's very reasonably priced for a storage facility and well maintained. I have stored my camper there in the past and have used the storage area. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone wanting to store their belongings. Price & security are good.
The complaints I have: no receipts for payments dropped off or mailed unless requested each time. If you forget your code, it's not easy to get ahold of someone to let you in unless they're in the office.
●But, my biggest complaint is that there is no garbage area. It would be helpful to have a dumpster at each entrance.
●Again....I would highly recommend this facility to anyone wanting to store their belongings. It's so clean and secure that even after I moved, I kept my unit, and I drive a half hour to continue using their units. This facility is well worth the drive to know you're paying a good price, and you're belongings are safe and secure.”
“We have rented from them off and on for the last 5 years. Currently we have three spots. Prices are good, no security issues and Area kept clean. Recommend them for your storage needs, when you can get a spot.”
“Jeremy was awesome! Went above and Beyond when the door to my storage unit was stuck. it was after hours and he came back cheerful and so nice and got his ladder and fixed the door. He did it with not one complaint I felt so bad because it was after hours and the office had just closed I will forever be thankful for him coming to help out.”

“Every aspect of using Cube Smart has been a very positive experience. The care they have shown in my personal needs and for what I needed to accomplish has been excellent. Going through the turbulence I was experiencing, they made this very easy. In addition, the storage facility is impeccably organized. It is very clean, acessible and accommodating. There are moving carts available for needs that may come up. Personnel have been extremely helpful to me from 2 different locations. I recommend this facility highly.”

Worked with me on a tight schedule to get me what I needed and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish.
