This "business" SHUT DOWN the office and REFUSED to answer phone calls, and charged us another month because they were NEVER there. Whoever answered the phone today was yelling, cussing, and SPAM calling ME. Would never recommend. They'll be taking us to court before they get MY money. They even replied with a lie below my comment! This business HAS been reported to the BBB, and is being locally discussed, with multiple experiences the same as mine being shared. They will do EVERYTHING to look decent except be an honest business!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.After trying to cancel for a whole month, nobody was in the office, nobody would answer the phone, or return a phone call, and this business still attempted to charge us for the month. I FINALLY got someone on the line, and the man behind the phone threw an actual temper tantrum. Screaming at me, cussing, repeatedly calling ME (you read that right) just to insult me! Not to try and solve this issue, no, to name call and keep screaming. He made empty threats, and came across as completely unhinged. They would get a 0 star if that was an option, and are getting reported as high up as I can.

Owner and operator of this business is very polite, prompt and most of all professional. Worked with me on a tight schedule to get me what I needed and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Customer service is huge to me; and they have earned my business again if/when in need. I also want to say the storage unit I had was great, access was easy and my stuff was secure. I highly recommend this business to anyone, and I have to say some of the negative reviewers I read didn’t make any sense or sound like the same business I dealt with. So don’t let a few bad apples deter you from this business. Thank you Milan Self Storage, and thank you Management! A++++

I asked for a 6 day extension that I was willing to pay for. He said that I could not do that. I could only pay for 1/3 or 1/2 a month by calling 5 days after my bill was due. I told him I would just come get my stuff tonight then. He got very heated with me saying that I was trying to get a free week. I told him I just wanted 6 days so I'll get my stuff. He kept yelling so I hung up and will take my business elsewhere.

TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSEWHERE! I did not receive a gate code in my receipt leading to a delay on moving day. They are not up front with their billing process. Receipt says charged for 1st and 2nd months rent but they fail to explain that you are getting a prorated 1st months rent and not an introductory price for the first month. If it’s prorated it should be stated on the receipt and not lead people on to believe they are getting a break on rent. Plenty of places run intro deals like that so it’s not uncommon.
