This place is a joke my script was sent in Friday. They wouldn’t order it until Monday and now it’s Tuesday and they have it but won’t fill it. CVS make it make sense. Yall need fired and put some people in there that know what there doing.

The staff are nice and helpful in the store, but trying to call the pharmacy is a nightmare due to their phone tree that's specifically designed to prevent you from doing so. The most recent change just dumps you in a voicemail box with no option to actually speak with a person.

I really dislike the new voicemail when you're trying to speak to a person in the pharmacy. This is new to me. Sometimes you must speak with them because they are making an error on your prescription. Also, the computer voice speaks your phone number like this, "73 *pause* 4**"" etc." This is very confusing. Who says your phone number with the first two numbers of your area code, *pause*, and then the next number of your area code with the next few numbers of your phone number?
The people there are very nice but this trying to speak directly to an employee of the pharmacy is getting ridiculous.

Thank you very much Logan! He was standing by the front door greeting and assisting. He noticed I couldn’t find what I was looking for and asked if he could help me. I was in desperate need of a heating bad for my wife. He lead me right to the isle and I was out of the store in under five minutes. If only everyone worked like that these days!

The folks working the pharmacy seem to have a neverending job to do. I think they do great especially considering the unrealistic expectations of some customers. The store staff does well also.

This location closes at 8pm. I came in at 7:52 and was immediately greeted by an employee rudely telling me they close in 3 minutes, offered no help or asked me what I was looking for. After I found what I was looking for I came back to be told "you can go to self checkout" as all the employees stood by the door with their hands in their pockets. I was followed out the door and had I locked behind me at 7:58 2 minutes before they close. Awful customer service, will not be coming back.
