Casey does an excellent job explaining repairs and work required to lay-people. He does not pressure you ever to get unnecessary work done. We’ve taken our cars to him for all sorts of repairs, major things a the way down to a simple oil change. I truly cannot recommend him enough! This shop is the last mechanic shop you’ll ever need to go to, they truly are that great!”
“Fantastic above five star service! Wonderful staff member Rocky saved the day. My wife managed to pull two out of four tires off the rims by hitting a curb and parked the car in a parking structure where no tow truck would go.All the tire places were closed on a Sunday near Ann arbor except for Firestone. They had two brands of tires that would fit my vehicle. The least expensive 2 tires were going to be 800.00! Just for the tires not including mounting or labor.I called around and luckily found Rocky at Milan Family Auto. I told him my tire size over the phone and he said yeah he had some of those. "Come on over."Rocky had what I needed and took care of me right away for a very reasonable price.It's not easy, if at all, that you find honest hard-working people in the auto repair service industry. “Generally happy with service here. Was on a bit of a time crunch this last time, and took a little longer than expected. It turned out the car was done, but the advisor had not gotten to tell me yet, and when he was supposed to be checking me out, he was accidentally working on someone else’s paperwork instead of mine. This seemed to be an outlier compared with previous visits.”
“Well for starters it's called precision mechanix now with new owners who have gone above and beyond to fix my timing issue. They are so nice and knowledgeable and can explain the problem with your car to where it is easy to understand. They also switched out 1 of my rims that got damaged before I brought it to them and they warned me that my ball joints and tie rods need replaced before winter or sooner if they get noisier they got me a quote and was impressed of the price they quoted me. I will a million times over will recommend them for any work u need done to your vehicle, I will go to them forever from now on very satisfied!!!”
