Very disappointed in this store location. I love Walgreens, but this store does deceptive advertising. They hung buy one get one 50% off signs over their L'Oreal skin products, but when you go up to buy it, it's not really on sale. You have to read the fine print that says except L'Oréal, Olay ... I complained to the cashier that this is just wrong. Unless you put your reading glasses on and really look at the fine print, you can't tell that it's not applying to the product that the sign is hanging on. VERY DECEPTIVE- the cashier got the manager who said well. Sorry this doesn't apply to this product. I asked why is are the signs hanging all over this product done? She just kept saying that doesn't apply to this product. I said well that I'm not buying it. Wow, that is just so wrong. move the signs. This speaks advertising to me.

Very Rude and Racists! Not only one time, but FEW times. I tried to ask about the kind of generics they stock for medications I have prescriptions for, from my physicians who ask me which pharmacy I would like to send my prescribed med to! I have to know what generics each pharmacy stock, before the office send in my prescriptions as I have kidney failure, bowel and colon resection that make me very sensitive to inactive ingredients to certain generics and I have to stick to the ones that I already know. Walgreens always refuse to give me any information about anything. They are always rude to me whenever I ask them this question and treat me like an ALIEN who speaks JEBRISH. It's either they are very unprofessional or very racists as I am not a privileged white.Will NEVER recommend.

These people go out of their way to be RUDE. On our previous visit through the drive thru, they placed my credit card on top of the bag with my prescription in it. Needless to say, it ended up on the ground. I asked if they could send someone out to pick up the card. They refused and said it happened all the time (even my dog learns from his mistakes).This time, we decided to go inside the pharmacy. The sign said they closed for lunch at 1:30PM, and it was exactly 1:26PM. You got it, the place was already closed.Needless to say, this is our last visit to this horrible place. Heed my advice and make it yours as well.

Probably one of the worst places I have ever been to pick up my prescription. First, they have the rudest staff I have ever met. Second, every employee that works at the pharmacy area looks like they absolutely hate being there, and they are not friendly at all. When I ask them if my prescription is ready, they are always rude and short. Look, I understand that doing what they are doing is hard, and you have to deal with people every day, but sometimes you have to fake it to make it. Overall, this store stinks, and I do not recommend getting your prescription filled somewhere else. If I could give it a lower star, I would.

Absolutely horrible service and coordination for a simple test. I was left in the drive through for 35 minutes for a minute test. And the rapid test (2 hours) results have been delayed over 10 hours and counting. Calling gets nothing but a robot with zero ability to help get results or tell me what's wrong. Avoid at all costs.

By far the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Every time I’m in the drive through it’s a minimum 15 minutes a person. They are the slowest Drive through I’ve ever been. I’ll usually get to the window and wait for someone to even answer. If you’re not the first car in line you can forget about getting in the line. You’ll be there a half hour. No one knows what there doing inside. They take there time and are usually annoyed they even have to answer the window. I don’t know why people still use this pharmacy. I know I won’t be anymore.

I work for a popular delivery company and was in shopping for a customer. I couldn't find an item and asked for help and was told that they don't help delivery drivers. Um....isn't it her job to help people in store find the products they seek? Not happy with this place.

Every time I attempt to pick a prescription up from this pharmacy, they are rude, unprepared, and uninformed. Often times, they will not have your prescription ready when they say they will and will spend time small-talking while you stand at the counter wondering what's going on.

The pharmacy keeps reducing hours. Recently they’ve started closing at 6:00 PM instead of 9:00 PM on weekdays. The wait times now are just ridiculous. I don’t have a problem with them taking time off for lunch and I never did - but when the average person works a nine to five job and the pharmacy is only open nine to six - that last hour they’re available is just miserable.I gather from old reviews this pharmacy used to be open 24 hours. Now you have to travel 20-30 minutes outside of Midland to find a Walgreens that’s open when you need it, which is especially awful when the reason you’re trying to find a pharmacy in the first place is because you feel dreadfully ill and need medication. What a shame it’s gotten to this state.I do think the staff are really trying their best with the situation, but it just sucks all around for both the employees and the customers. Walgreens - the company - needs to pay their staff better wages and offer incentives to hire on more pharmacists so they can work in shifts and we can all get our medications in a timely manner. Shame on you Walgreens!

Thank you so much Tony for helping me and getting me in since the other Walgreens didn't bother to help me with what I needed and you took the time to help me and get me in. Some people don't understand that not everyone knows what your doing when you move from a different state. Again, Tony thank you so much. We need more people like you.

One of the female pharmacist is terrible at customer service. She has never been polite. Nothing but mean. Find a new job if you hate it so much.

What a horrible experience I had getting my photos done here… they weren’t done, they were done poorly marks all over them, and I was double charged. Will not be coming back here for my prints anymore.They were not friendly or helpful at ALL.
