Not hard to be nice to customers. Worked at walgreens for 2 years & was never as rude as the girls @ this store. I’ve had 16 year olds with better customer service work under me???♀️ rude & can’t do the job correctly

Saturday night I left urgent care at 5pm, I only had 1hour for Walgreens to get my prescription & fill it.17 minutes before 6, the script hadn't showed up. I called urgent care, they resent it. While we were waiting the pharmacist took the number & was going to call but the fax came in. Got my very needed meds and they closed up shop. Thanks for not leaving me hanging Walgreens!!!!!

You would think Walgreens would make it worth a pharmacists time to pay them whatever they want, to work weekends and more hours with the customers going across the street to CVS to get their scripts I just switched myself. And that is after spending $30.00 on merchandise not realizing they were closed.

You would think a large chain pharmacy such as Walgreens would be open on Saturday and Sunday, as well as later than 6 pm during the week. Not to mention they are closed for lunch during a rather off time. Simply getting to the store when they are open to pick up my son's prescriptions has been challenging. Not to mention, half the time they do not have the prescriptions in stock that my son (a type 1 diabetic) relies on. We have been getting the same medications and medical supplies on a monthly basis for almost a year now. Then there is the ongoing problem with them saying they have issues with our insurance. We also have a couple medications with CVS and they are always easy to work with. Even texting me to ask about a prescription so they make sure they have it in stock and on time. I'll be switching everything over to CVS from now on.

Was just on hold for the pharmacy for 22 minutes, still no answer so I hung up. Went to pick up my prescriptions yesterday morning and they weren’t ready, and then we they were I was only given one. I then called to find out why, turns out the second one was out of stock and they didn’t bother to tell me that at pickup. Next day comes and I go to pick it up and they say it still isn’t in stock even though I came after there shipment came. Now I get a call saying they’re having issues with my insurance randomly. Joke of a pharmacy, I won’t ever go through them again.

I guess after reading reviews I shouldn't be surprised. BUT we just moved here from S.C always use Walgreens for prescriptions. Blonde lady at driveup window was just very rude and unpleasant. I will be switching all my medicine to somewhere else. I hope not everyone is like her here!!! OH and it was their computer fault.

Just went into the store looking for some ornament hooks instead of any of the customer service representatives asking rest representatives asking me if I needed any help finding anything they all decided to follow and watch us as we walk through the store. Maybe your customer service representatives should actually deliver customer service instead of judging what people look like just a thought. Upper management might want to look into this I'd love to hear back from them.

Went to Walgreens.com and ordered Christmas cards. They were sent to Mt. Pleasant when I live in Midland. Mt Pleasant called me to let me know they didn't have any envelopes and I said I would call, please don't do anything until I called back. I called Walgreens online, they said to un-cancel the order so they could transfer it. So I used my work phone to call Mt Pleasant, who wasn't supposed to do anything, and un-cancel. Then Walgreens online told me they couldn't after all that. So I went to the Midland store and they were just unhelpful and I couldn't even log into my account at the kiosk. I went to Wal-Mart for my Christmas cards. They suck too, but they were way cheaper!

Needed a PCR Covid test to return to Canada. Booking an appointment was an easy phone call with a text and email follow up immediately. Test itself was very quick and I had the results in just under an hour. Excellent service from Toni who manages the whole process.

Long wait times even with an appt (vaccine), takes forever even for them to pull up information on the computer.

Ive had Many issues with this walgreens pharmacy but today pushed me to never go there again. I called them on Saturday asking if they have a medication in stock which they did not (and I understand) they said they will get in today. I haven't heard anything so I called asking if the medication is in and he said no, it will not be available until the 24th. it would of been nice to know earlier so I could call around and it would be nice to get a call saying hey we can't get this medication till the 24th. This medication is a life savior for my son and I've explained that to the general pharmacist and he didn't care one bit. my son is only 2 years old and the fact they didn't care how they are messing with someone's life gave me a reason to take my business somewhere else. Walgreens please start caring about your customers and communicate with them. Meijer pharmacy is so much better and they care about their customers. Also, they take forever to answer their phone, I literally have to wait 10+ minutes.

Mainly my biggest complaint about this store is their pharmacy. The pharmacists are the rudest that o have ever dealt with. Especially the fact that they lie just to be rude. My mother is a pharmacist so with that being said that's how I know they lie. I feel that also during this pandemic that Qalgreens being one of the biggest pharmacy chains would be open earlier than 9am. I'm guessing CVS jas taken alot of their business since they open at 7am and treat their customers with respect.

Service is slow in the drive through, pharmacy hours are not friendly and I find that they consistently fill one of my medications with a partial order. This means I have to return and deal with all the same issues. Then, during the midst of the COVID crisis the pharmacy tech coughed into her hand while she was completing my transaction.

Very expensive. Only reason I go there is they seem to be the only place in town that can fill one of my prescriptions in its entirety. I hate being "owed" pills every time I have a prescription filled.
