“Our dog was 13 years old and had a stroke. He couldn't see, eat, walk or relieve himself. He was suffering and we had to make that heart breaking decision. I called every single place but M20 only because they were the furthest from me. Every place I called said they were booked and couldn't help us for at least a week. I called M20 and I don't recall the person I spoke with but when I told her what was happening I could hear the compassion in her voice and she said "we are 100% booked but give me just a minute I'll find a place to fit you in" She got us an appt for the following morning. That same night our dog passed just hours before our appt. I called M20 in the morning to cancel the appt and the same person mentioned our dog by name and told me how sorry she was. Two days later I got a card in the mail from the clinic with their condolences and some Forget Me Not flower seeds. We have never been in their office, we have never paid them one penny for any service. I spoke with one person for a combined 3 minutes between our two phone conversations and their care for a member of our family has blown us away. If ever we are in need for anything ever again they will be our ONLY call.”

“RIP old man shout out to Eastman Animal Hospital for helping Charles say goodbye to his boy when no one else would! They were great! They brought a bed and blanket in for him, fed him chocolate....which he loved by the way, sedated him so he wouldn't know what was going on, and then euthanasia. We called everywhere in the area and no one would help us until 1-2 months out. When you make the decision to do something this hard it's because it needs to be done right away! Again thank you so much!”
