Had a really great experience until I found out later that nothing was as it seems. I was told I would receive a credit towards a new watch of $280. Turned out to be $124. They apologized and said “well you signed the receipt.” I was told they could transfer a phone to another line without losing a previous trade in credit. That was a lie so now my bill jumped $30 a month on that line. There is literally nothing I can do now. Would not recommend this store.

I have been a Verizon customer for a number of years, but unfortunately, I have noticed a decline in their service quality over the past year. There have been issues such as dropped calls and even an entire day without data access. I'm not entirely sure what is causing these problems, but they seem to have coincided with the introduction of their 5G service. If Verizon does not address and resolve these issues promptly, I might have to consider switching to a different service provider. Hence, based on my personal experience, I would suggest being cautious when considering Verizon as an option.

I went in to get a new phone for my wife. The ONE THING she made VERY CLEAR: transfer everything (pics, contacts, apps, etc). When the Verizon rep at this location gave me the phone he told me everything was there. That was not at all correct. None. NONE of her apps were transferred. All her messaging stuff was jacked up and using an unfamiliar app. It took my daughter hours to fix this for her as we are not the most tech literate (She's a tekkie). I checked my bill and was charged $30 for phone setup. Not acceptable. Never again. Save yourself some aggravation and go the the Verizon on Saginaw. Jazz is the manager there I believe, and she made sure my daughters phone and mine were absolutely perfect before we left.

Sales people are pushier than a cars salesman, they're clearly getting commission or some sort of bonus for up selling. Also, don't let them scare you into setting up your e-sim for an extra $30. He wouldn't tell me how to do it myself and only told me that "it can be hard to do, but he does it every day so it's easy for him". If you know how to turn a phone on, that's all you need to do to set up your e-sim. Just follow on screen instructions and your phone does it all for you.

The sales associate that worked with me was not very professional about buying a Motorola phone. He made it sound like that brand isn't going to be around much longer. And that Verizon doesn't sell any cases or screen savers for them. Made me second guess I wasn't buying a good phone. Very inappropriate coming from a sales associate.

Bill helped us upgrade a few phones and add another line to our plan. He was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the process. And knowledgeable too! When I go back, I'll definitely be asking for him. You should too.

Came in today and was quickly and politely greeted by Joe. I had a complex issue with billing that required a Manager. He went right away got Marissa (sorry if I spelled her name wrong). I can tell she (along with Joe) really cares about the customer. We tried to work the issue but could not be solved in the store because of a Corporate Policy issue. She made a recomendation and when I got home followed it and got the issue resolved to my 100% Satisfaction. Been going to the Midland Store since it opened. Her, Joe, and along with Gabe's customer focus is why I don't go anywhere else to get a new phone or other services Verizon offers. Thank you. A loyal and long time customer. MC Wiseman

Absolutely wonderful service. Could not get my emails for one week went in and had an employee named Gabe help me out, took him a while, but he was determined to fix it. Fixed it and fix a couple other things. I couldn’t ask for a better customer service. Thanks again Gabe.

I would give zero stars if I was able to. My husband and I bought phones from this store, went home and realized that my husband's phone wouldn't charge. We brought it back the next day to get it replaced. The associate plugged in the phone and told my husband it was working just fine. My husband had to pull up the battery screen and show the associate that the phone said it was not charging. The associate then said he would need to talk to his manager. We were then told they would replace it. The manager then came out and just stood playing on her personal phone, next to the associate helping us. She never introduced herself or said that she was the manager. She did not even acknowledge us, just stood there playing on her phone. She then huffed and rolled her eyes when the associate asked how to look up if the phone we needed to replace ours was in stock. We were then told that we needed to drive out to Saginaw to get the phone replaced, as they had no more in stock at that store. We figured, at the very least, the manager would call the Saginaw store to make sure that they had the phone in stock before having us drive all the way there. Nope. She just sent us on our way without even apologizing for the inconvenience. We drove out to Saginaw and were promptly informed that there was nothing wrong with my husband's phone, but that we just needed a USB-C charger instead of a USB charger. The people in Saginaw (At the Bay Road store.) were very friendly, professional, knew exactly what was "wrong," and explained why it was that we needed a different charger. Avoid this Verizon store if you are able to. We would have gotten a replacement phone if they had it in stock and still not been able to charge it, causing us to come back a third time, missing work, to try to figure out what the problem was.

Came to this store after a horrible experience at a different store. What a wonderful and helpful staff. Everyone was friendly and fun. Extremely knowable, willing to help out customers and each other. Will definitely make this our preferred store from now on. Thanks again to the wonderful staff
