I have been a customer of Verizon for around 20 years now. Never had a problem but my phone and services originated in Saginaw at the time because there were no Verizon stores here in Midland. I am stunned that there are so many negative reviews on the Midland store but I am really not that surprised. My guess is there is a high turnover of floor staff so the people in the store really do not care as they are in-between waiting for a better job to come up. I must also concede that I have had less than stellar experience with this store. I fault the district manager for not being on top of this and I would think Verison Corporate would be quickly engaged in getting this store on the right path. My experience with this particular store is not as bad as the others listed but enough so that I could only give a 4 star rating. Buyer beware.
