Don't try to get parts for a Craftsman lawn mower.I had to wait for the only parts order in the store to get off lunch which is fine I understand that things are tough right now in this world but when I finally did get to speak with him, after his lunch he said there's no way they can order those parts. Bummer ? in my opinion, Employees are understaffed.

I am never letting yall give my dog a treat ever again since it has distracted you from properly ringing up my items FOUR TIMES NOW.First time you didn't give me my discount even though we talked about it (4/$12 sale)Second time you TRIPLE RANG an itemThird time you double rang an item, and forgot to put two items in bagAnd the other day yall again forgot my item.Your response was "go home and try to find it and if you can't then come back and we'll refund you" okay.... so im going to drive 24 minutes ONE WAY to go home and then another 48 minutes round trip tomorrow to get my refund and item AGAIN? man, I never EVER made a bad Google review until I moved to Midland. Now I have at least 10 stacked on my profile!EDIT: wow. Thank you so much for your apology.... we will purchase curbside and check our items before we leave from now on. We should have done that from the very first incident since multiple employees have proven unable to focus. However, it is not the customers job to do that... when you have 6 stores to go to and very limited time, sometimes you forget that you cannot trust a store or its employees.I have actually had two of your employees reach INSIDE of my car during a curbside order prior, to touch my dog. Without asking AT ALL.So with that being said I will also take this opportunity to address an incident a few months ago, where an employee kept touching my dog who is service in training. She has a vest that says in training, do not pet. Training takes two years to complete, and ONE negative outside influence can set the training back more than months of work. Undo so much and sometimes all progress. This employee kept approaching my dog, as i was in the middle of a session and it was VERY obvious. Between me and my boyfriend we asked him to stop 3 times, and eventually he did and said he "didnt see the vest". Can you tell me how you dont see a vest on a dog? It is on a large breed dog, colored bright red, and reflective yellow. Unfortunately we only have two places in the entirety of midland where we can bring our dog inside to train- TSC, and home depot. Both have horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. But we have NO other options. This happens at home depot too. Its horrid. And since you guys reach inside my car too, i ended up purchasing a "gentle head harness", which looks just like a muzzle but they can fully open their mouth, pant, and its not bothering their nose nearly as much as a muzzle. Reason i purchased this for my dog who is 100% NON aggressive, non reactive, has never even nipped a person out of play? Because it LOOKS like a muzzle, and your employees will most likely keep their hands off. And it DID work- the last time i was in, a few days ago when my latest item was forgotten, the specific employee who "did not see the vest" decided to announce she had a muzzle on when we walked in the door. I saw him at the register and my heart just started pounding. And of course he just HAD to yell, "HI DOG WITH A MUZZLE!" Annoying, unnecessary. But, i dont mind, because he never touched her the entire time we were inside the building (finally!) so clearly my idea worked. Its REALLY too bad that i had to go to the extent of tricking and scaring your employees, but things absolutely need to change regarding boundaries at this store, and employees need to finish the job, then pet the dog, if theyre incapable of focusing, please. I know this might not make sense to some reading this review; but i have collectively spent over 8 thousand dollars for my dog and for training for my conditions, since hiring a home health aide/someone to walk with me places for my health issues, costs me 7.3 thousand dollars a month, after insurance. that I DO not have. Therefore this is extremely serious, my life and my finances will depend on my dog. The gas i have spent the four times you have forgotten my things runs up up up.... so please, i am begging your store to do better.

TSC Midland walk-in Vet Clinic is so convenient. Its so hard to get same day vet appointments & this is a walk in clinic. I have been there several times and have been very pleased with every visit. Plus the vet & staff are always pleasant and professional. Thumbs up to TSC!!!

They wouldn't honor their own price match policy when presented with two receipts from other TSC stores on an identical item.

Ten minutes waiting to be waited on, saying "excuse me" to a clerk who was wandering around, looking at shelves, going in circles.Heck with it. Local hardware asks if I need help.

I like the upgrades to the store like the greenhouse and vet/pet wash station. I used to go to this store all the time for my chicken supplies, but I can't afford to go here anymore. Most other items have increased in price and are more expensive than other stores. I've switched to Freeland Feed and Lawn and now save $10/bag in grower feed and $7/ bag on egg layer. I only come here now if they have chicks on sale or if I run out of feed/pine shavings and couldn't make it to Freeland.
