My insurance made an appointment to have my windshield replaced with Safelite.
When I contacted them to let them know my car would be towed there, they said they could reschedule and come to my car to replace the windshield within the same week! Instant stress relief.
Todd was our assigned installation tech, he is professional, kind and quick! He gave a 15 min courtesy call before his arrival and was thorough with the after care process - no driving after an hour, and no car washes for 24 hours. He even moved my carwash subscription sticker to the new windshield.
Will definitely hire again - fingers crossed I don't have to but if I do I now know who to call.

I had an exceptional experience with Dan at Safelite in Midland, MI. Dan was communicative, polite, and efficient throughout the entire process. He handled the job quickly without compromising on quality, and the results were amazing. I highly recommend Dan and Safelite Auto Glass for their outstanding service!

Josh was my service tech this morning, he called ahead before his arrival, met me at the vehicle, did a multi point inspection of the area, had the broken one off and new one on in about an hour, gave me all the information needed, couldn’t be more happier with the service!!!
Will definitely use safe light again in the future

If I were to rate Safelite based on my experience with them 4 yrs ago it would've been a 5... today is a much different story! Just try to talk to a real live person via phone at any location. Their whole setup is to keep you from actually talking to anyone within their organization. What if something goes wrong and you need help! They've made it very convenient to shirk their responsibilities by putting you into an eternal phone loop. I think I'll use Glass Doctor instead!

Hit a turkey and shattered my windshield. It happened on a Saturday when everything was closed and got set up with Safelite in Midland the following Tuesday. Todd the technician was professional, quick, and very informative.
