Today was an Awesome day to get a pair of quality running shoes and my experience could not have been better!!! We were greeted with an enthusiastic and friendly associate named LIV!! She made the experience incredibly personal, fun and so memorable I cannot wait to come back and be certain I have her as my personal assistant! She shared her love of gymnastics (sign your kids up …she coaches!) and even sent us off with her magnificent talent of cartwheels & backbends! Her knowledge and expertise was impressive helping to get me “fitted” with just the right shoe. Best of Luck in Your future. There is a beautiful journey ahead of you girlie!!! ???♀️?

I needed new exercise/walking shoes. The sales associate helped me find a pair I liked. They didn't have the color I wanted, so I had to wait two days for the shoes to be sent over from Saginaw. That wasn't a problem for me - except when I came back, they had sent the wrong shoes. So then I had to wait another two days for the shoes to be sent from Bay City (apparently Saginaw was out). The two days stretched to six days with me calling every two days. No apologies or explanations for the delay. I finally told them to cancel the order, so I could buy the shoes somewhere else. The salesperson's response was "Okay cool! I'll cancel your order". Not one employee seemed to care whether I got my shoes or whether they made a sale. Never going back!!

I have been buying shoes from runners for about 3 years now! They always have great customer service but today they went above and beyond to make sure my kid had shoes for his meet tonight! Thank you Amil for all your help today!!!

These guys that helped me out fitting me for a shoe because I'm on my feet so much were phenomenal! They evaluate your feet by how you walk down a catwalk and then take an imprint of your feet to see how you stand and figure the arch. After trying many of shoes...I finally found a pair and with their expertise had suggested inserts and compression socks since my feet were swelling up.$400.00 later I am walking around with no pain and feel that I can walk/stand forever. Will suggest others to go to you for a walking or running shoe!Thank you to Runners Athletic Co in Midland, MI!

I had a very good first experience at Runners AC today. I explained to the sales guy, Cole, why I came in and what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about trail running/hiking shoes and the different kinds of socks on offer. He then checked my feet with some kind of techie apparatus and helped me choose a pair of insoles to deal with an issue with my arches. Then he sent me to “Miss” Olivia at checkout. Both of these young folks were very pleasant and professional. The things on sale aren’t cheap, but are of the highest quality (IMHO), and the customer attention was excellent. Check ‘em out??

Been searching for a replacement for my beloved Saucony Liberty’s. Adding the New Balance Fuel Cell Prism into my shoe rotation. Not quite a Saucony Liberty but pretty close. Nice cushion and lightweight stability. Thanks Jodie Romzek at Runners Athletic Company for the recommendation.

The staff is always knowledgeable, helpful, and they have excellent products (especially shoes) for running or walking. They will evaluate your gait and measurements to get the best fit for you!

I workout with the guy who works here and just gotta say this place is fantastic! I was told they're over priced but absolutely not and for the welcoming environment I'll choose here over Amazon any day!
