The lady who drew my one year olds blood was absolutely fantastic. I wish I remembered her name. She calmed me down in the process, walked me through how to hold my baby efficiently and she did it as quickly and efficiently as possible. I was very happy with our visit

Everything is 5 Star EXCEPT location is terrible...It is on the 3rd floor in a town with plenty of space for easier access.

I told the blood taker that I think I was going to pass out before we even started. She asked if I would like to lay down. No one ever told me that was an option before. It completely relieved my stress since I did pass out the last time I had blood drawn.
