front desk lady was rude and was honestly just trying to shove me off the phone, i was so nice and calm about my questions. After telling her we dont have a vet in the area, she proceeded to tell me to go to them and no one has availability anywhere and just go to them “alright bye thank you” just rude and didnt even listen to me before cutting me off.

The staff here is top notch! Everyone has been so nice. When I wasn't able to attend my dog's vet visit with him, Amanda spent a half hour with me on the phone going over the charges, doctors notes and recommendations. She was patient with my many questions and thorough with her explanations. I am very grateful and thankful for them and their services. Thank you!

Always a wonderful experience for Cooper and me as well. We feel like family. All of the doctors are amazing and the techs are simply wonderful. The office staff is outstanding. It's always a pleasant trip!!!

When I adopted my first cat I had no experiences with any vet in Midland. I wanted to get established with a vet before needing emergency services so we had a relationship and somewhere to go. Northern Animal Clinic was able to take us in as a new client. The experience has been positive in every way. All the staff are compassionate, good communicators, and provide excellent care. Recently, my cat had surgery and they were able to explain what was wrong, what was needed, and what the outcome would be.Please note, when adopting a pet, it is a big financial responsibility along with caring for the pet. While things may be more expensive than what you want to pay, you still have the obligation of getting the best care for your pet. I found Northern Animal Clinic’s prices to be reasonable and in line with the amount of care that my kitty received. Whenever I was recommended a service, Northern Animal Clinic gave me the reason why it was needed, never in any way were they unnecessary.If you’re looking for a caring, competent vet and staff, go to Northern Animal Clinic. But please don’t wait until the last minute. You need to have a vet relationship established BEFORE a problem comes along. My cat and I appreciate their service and will use them again in the future.

The staff is incredibly nice, you can tell they really care about your pet. We just got a brand new kitten and they had so many complimentary treatments to get us started as well as a whole package of wellness materials. This is definitely our new veterinary home.

I could not ask for a better group of people to take care of my puppy, Wallace! The poor boy has had a million different health conditions/issues and the vets here have taken SUCH GOOD care of him. All of the vet techs/assistants and front desk staff are the most wonderful, and treat Wallace like he’s one of their own! I wholeheartedly recommend the whole team at NAC. Wallace loves it here, I love it here and I won’t take my pets anywhere else!!

New to the area, trying to establish a vet for my pup and new puppy coming. They were not even interested in setting up a future appointment to make the change, told me to go to my old vet for the puppy and try back again in October.
