Sledgirl185…Sorry you were disappointed in our units in 2019. I have not raised the rates that often in 20 years but have a right to do so on month to month rentals. Dates payment is due changes according to when rent is paid. Late fees change the dates. I send invoices out monthly with due dates on them. Again sorry...
