Fortunately I haven't had to file any claims and God willing ill never have too. That all being said I am very happy with AllState and my agent Mr. Love, he has been easy to reach by phone and correspondence via mail and email. He's personable and very knowledgeable, I would highly recommend him and Allstate to others.
