Fortunately I haven't had to file any claims and God willing ill never have too. That all being said I am very happy with AllState and my agent Mr. Love, he has been easy to reach by phone and correspondence via mail and email. He's personable and very knowledgeable, I would highly recommend him and Allstate to others.

Allstate car insurance has been great, always fast with the few claims I have had. I don't have to call them, they call me as they are on top of everything, which I love. Very helpful with my questions.I gave 4 stars because I found out that my agent could have given me reduced prices in my premium sooner than I had asked.
